Privacy Policy
We are committed to providing quality products and services that enable our members to meet their financial goals. Protecting personal information and using it in a manner consistent with member expectations is of the utmost priority.
- Molex Credit Union collects nonpublic personal information about you from information you provide directly on applications or other forms; information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and information from a consumer reporting agency.
- We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to only those employees and officials who need it to provide products or services to you.
- We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
- We may disclose the information we collect to a company such as the Illinois Credit Union League with whom we have a joint marketing agreement to perform marketing services on our behalf.
- Our home-banking database is a private system for the exclusive use of our members. We use SSL encryption and digital server authentication to protect your information between our home-banking server and your computer, and all logins are logged. For authenticated members, we collect certain usage information (visit frequency, dates and times, pages used) for internal review and product evaluation only; we never sell, transfer, or trade it unless compelled by law. We may store additional information on failed login attempts or other activity we consider a threat, and share it with companies, agencies, and law enforcement as we see fit.
- If you terminate your membership or become inactive, we adhere to the privacy policies described in this notice.
Terms of Use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
Termination / access restriction
The credit union may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice, including for inactivity. Upon termination your right to use the site ceases.

USA PATRIOT Act Disclosure
Important information about procedures for opening a new account. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money-laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account with Molex Employees Federal Credit Union.
What this means for you: when you join and open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that allows us to identify you. We will also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
